Following the launch of the Technology Transfer Program between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the United Arab Emirates, Aksai Industrial Park was established in 2012 as a pilot project to provide the development of local content in goods and services with international certification and quality standards.
Our vision was simple yet challenging; provide a turnkey structure able to attract foreign investors. This became our core principle that drove the business strategy to attract and gradually transfer the production capabilities of foreign companies to Kazakhstan through progressive local content development programs. Thus far we have achieved domestic manufacturing through investments in machining and equipment being able to manufacture locally products and goods unavailable before.

In addition, the tailoring of our products based on end-user needs has allowed us to provide local content in production and servicing at a reduced pricing whilst maintaining international standards of quality. As a result, the Park has become a key player in the country, outgrowing the West Kazakhstan Oblast market and expanding nationally to include customers operating not only in Karachaganak but also in Tengiz. This a testament to the success of the Park’s ideology. We take pride in our problem-solving skills which have earned AIP a reputation of successful maintenance activities and rapid solutions to emergency situations. Such quality driven approach is a key factor to the success of the Park and we are looking forward to a bright future ahead.

Our mission statement summarizes our founding ideology which, from words to bricks, would become the reality that is the Park today; a turnkey facility whose aim is to attract foreign companies and develop local content in Kazakhstan. Aksai Industrial Park is achieving its mission by having facilitated various companies in successfully entering the Kazakh market and striding to continue to attract more.
We believe that the creation of business opportunities and exchange of technologies is crucial for the development of the economy and have proactively based our business strategies towards achieving such mission. The core elements of those strategies are implementation of local machining, obtainment of international certifications, maintaining high quality standards and abiding to business ethics.
